By submitting a payment you acknowledge and agree that the following statement refers to yourself as the client and the business entity is referred to as Brianna Rose Institute.

The client understands that all payments made to Brianna Rose Institute are non-refundable and not creditable for any other services and or program costs unless otherwise expressly agreed upon by Brianna Rose Institute in writing. The client understands that once the purchased price has been delivered for services and or program fees, and securities have been issued, there is no rescission of this agreement and no refund will be made. In the event that the client is unable to make their scheduled appointment, the booking fees may be transferred to a new appointment time as a one time courtesy. Client understands that this is a one time courtesy , and does acknowledge and understand that should the client miss both scheduled appointment times their previous payment will be forfeited and a new payment must be made before a service or program will be rendered. Should the client decline to participate in any service or program after having paid all or any portion of the service or program cost, or if the client leaves or is dismissed before completion of the program or service, voluntary or involuntary, no deposits or money paid toward the service or program cost shall be refunded. Client acknowledges and understands no portion of any funds they have paid, either directly or online, to participate in the program or service will be refunded at any time for any reason. Brianna Rose Institute reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
